Where did we begin?
She’d always spin me ‘round
Tear open my skin
Take my bones to fill her out
She took that fruit
Snapped it from its limb
Pressed upon my mouth
Baby take it in
Before it left my lips I saw her skin
The Lulls in Traffic- Untitled (vanguard room video)YES!!! As most of you know the video for “Building the vanguard room studio part 2” that featured an awesome Aaron Marsh song was taken down a bit ago. Thanks to my awesomeness at internet searching I tracked down someone who ripped the audio back when it was available. I contacted them and they were nice enough to send me the file! WINNER!! IN YOUR FACE!
You are soooo welcome! Props are always welcome in my ask box, in fact they are expected. Haha :)
P.s. This is the straight video rip so it does have the guy talking in the middle, but it sorta fits. And it take a few seconds to start soo… cool your beans.
Listen up, kids.

emilysugars said:Maybe this isn't a question, but you two are my favorite people in the world. I've made sad attempts at copeland covers, but I cannot even compare to you, Aaron. I didn't learn of this band until last night, and it just made my entire night. <3 from Wisconsin ;)
Hello Emily. My name’s John. I along with Nicole run this blog. I’m sorry your message was received by us, rather than Aaron. However, considering that we are (probably) the only fan blog for The Lulls—I wouldn’t be surprised if this somehow gets brought to the attention of Mr. Marsh himself.
Warmest Regards,
John

Well here comes my Santa on his way.
I know that he has something beautiful for me somewhere on his sleigh.
I was pretty good this year, at least I tried
To get the one thing that I knew all year, the one thing I desired.
So won’t you lend your ear
‘Cause I’ve never known a holiday without you here.
Won’t you come my way
‘Cause silver bells are ringing only grey.
Overseas, wish that I could overreach
Reach over, noticeably colder.
Cling to moments you were holding me close.
Think about the things I miss most, your faces appear.
If only I could see them again,
Memories bleeding so thin
December was never so effortless when I was home,
Sitting by the tree,
you sitting by me too smitten to see the disease.
Now see what I’ve grown into.
Used to hear your voices from my room,
let the sound consume my tonal view.
Now I’m hanging by a thread
and the line is giving out.
Want to say I need you now
but the words won’t come out.
So I flirt with this doubt
and sit alone in the snow.
Let it bury me alive if I can’t be carried home.
It isn’t that I’m used to love.
I’ve used my love been bruised and scuffed.
Now being back with you can’t come soon enough.
So won’t you lend your ear
‘Cause I’ve never known a holiday without you here.
Won’t you come my way
‘Cause silver bells are ringing only grey.
